Feeling Imbalanced, unsure or unstable, lost or disconnected, caught up in the drama of others, all over the place, not quite with it, battered by life or relationships, cut off from reliable sources of energy or power.

Stability – Being more present, balanced, stable, stabilised

Empowerment

Moving away from:

Disempowerment – adopting the thoughts or behaviour of childhood authority figures. Suppression or depression. Indecision due lack of self worth or self belief. Inability to reclaim or hold personal power.

Towards:

Empowerment – being more choice-full, stable

Abundance

Moving away from:

Stuck in the victim position. Lacking what is desired. Unable to appreciate what is here and available due to expectations. Always disappointed and wanting more. Unable to give freely due to lack.

Towards:

Abundance – creativity, generosity

Connection

Moving away from:

Feeling lost or scared – isolated and alone in the world. Seeking others who hear, see or understand you. Unable to maintain good boundaries so keeping a safe distance. Disconnected and looking for belonging.

Towards:

Connection – interconnected, exchanging, connecting, connected

Freedom

Moving away from:

Feeling frozen – shackled or bound by the rules and imposed limits of the past. Going round and round – stuck in established habits patterns and ruts. Afraid to break free. Tamed and domesticated.

Towards:

Freedom – expressive, wild, free.

Release

Moving away from:

Stuck-ness. Being locked in old patterns of belief and behaviour. Carrying heavy or depressing baggage from – or for – others. Attached and addicted to stories – people or stuff. Being bound – can’t let go.

Towards:

Release – being more flexible, free, light

Support

Moving away from:

Feeling unsupported, unsure who to turn to, unable or unwilling to ask for help, having to – or choosing to – do it alone. Scared of being let down – again. I’m alone and no one can help me. Lack of trust due to being let down.

Towards:

Support – being more nurtured, trusting, guided

Intuition

Moving away from:

Always believing what others say – being uncertain about what to do and who to trust. Always making decisions with head and logic. Being stuck in the limited 5 sensory world. Not trusting self or gut instincts.

Towards:

Intuition – being more instinctive, insightful, knowing

Peace

Moving away from:

Feeling confused, in turmoil or disturbed – conflict inside or outside. Battling against self or the world. No calm place to go or be. Overthinking – or busy mind – which struggles with stillness or silence.

Towards:

Peace – stillness, calm, peaceful.

Joy

Moving away from:

Not deserving – self sabotage. Not feeling safe to play and have fun. Out of alignment with personal mission or purpose so unable to really enjoy doing or being. No pleasure or wonder in the moment.

Towards:

Joy – being more still, calm, peaceful

Focus

Moving away from:

Feeling lost, drifting, unsure what is really important. Unable to plan or decide – overwhelmed by the choices. Going round and round in circles and not getting anywhere – disappointed in past results.

Towards:

Focus – clear, purposeful, determined.

Love

Moving away from:

Being broken hearted – holding old hurts. Disconnected from source. Inability to give or receive unconditional love. Shut down – closed – not open. Giving and relieving out of balance. Feeling judged – unloved and unlovable.

Towards:

Love – open, aware, trusting
